Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, commercial) within the White River, Ocho Rios market.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Present comprehensive insurance proposals and explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain a robust client base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews, updates, and general inquiries.
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims, providing empathetic support and accurate information.
