Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities for various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, commercial) within the Glendevon and wider Montego Bay area.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Present tailored insurance solutions, explain policy terms and conditions clearly, and guide clients through the application process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
- Assist clients efficiently and empathetically with the initiation and processing of insurance claims, acting as a crucial liaison between clients and the underwriting/claims departments.
- Educate clients on claims procedures, documentation requirements, and potential outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims statuses using company CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (preferably 1+ years).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
