Job Description
This role is for a highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Agent specializing in both sales and claims processing. Based in the beautiful community of Calabash Bay, Treasure Beach, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the policy lifecycle. As a commission-based agent, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, rewarding your dedication to client acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales across various product lines including auto, home, life, and health insurance. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement within Calabash Bay and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain various insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.) clearly and persuasively, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Complete accurate applications, issue policies, and collect premiums in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the policy term, including policy reviews, updates, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist clients diligently through the claims process, providing guidance, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
