Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, community engagement).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and financial goals.
- Present, promote, and sell suitable insurance products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, modifications, and renewals, ensuring their coverage remains appropriate.
- Guide clients through the claims process, explaining procedures, assisting with documentation, and liaising with claims departments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information in CRM systems.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and company compliance policies.
