Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents specializing in both sales and claims management to join our expanding team in Beverly Hills, St. Andrew. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets for various insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage and tailor policies to client specifications.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and close sales efficiently while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring full understanding.
  • Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, submitting necessary documentation, and liaising with adjusters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and clients using CRM tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in insurance sales (e.g., LUTC, CISI or similar local accreditation).

  • Familiarity with insurance CRM software.
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
