Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements.
  • Present and explain various insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home) clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop customized insurance solutions and policies that best meet client needs and budget.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide ongoing client service, including policy reviews, updates, and addressing inquiries.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, offering support, explaining procedures, and assisting with documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (preferably 2+ years).
