Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Insurance Agents specializing in Sales and Claims. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present and explain various insurance products and policies clearly and persuasively.
  • Customize insurance plans to meet individual client needs and budget constraints.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends, company products, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale service, including policy reviews and updates.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring clear communication and advocacy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
