Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement within Anchovy and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain various insurance products (e.g., life, health, property, motor) clearly and persuasively, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare, submit, and track insurance applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews, updates, and general client inquiries.
- Assist clients diligently with the claims submission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance underwriters/adjusters to facilitate smooth claims resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs provided by Career.zycto.
