Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and strategic direct outreach initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals and risk management requirements.
- Present, explain, and skillfully sell a diverse range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, property, and business insurance.
- Develop and maintain a strong, loyal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships through regular check-ins, policy reviews, and exceptional service.
- Guide clients comprehensively through the claims submission process, providing clear instructions, assisting with all necessary paperwork, and acting as a primary liaison between clients and internal claims departments.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
