Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

- Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, property, casualty) clearly and persuasively.
- Customize insurance plans to meet individual client needs and budget constraints.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and applications accurately and efficiently.

- Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance, documentation support, and empathetic service.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
