As an Insurance Agent at Career.zycto, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement, responsible for both prospecting and selling a diverse range of insurance products (life, health, property, and casualty) to individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Present, explain, and sell appropriate insurance policies (life, health, auto, home, business) to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and regular communication.
- Guide clients through the claims process, acting as a liaison between the client and the insurance carrier to ensure timely and fair resolution.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client risks and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
