Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Insurance Agent with a strong focus on both sales and claims processing to join our growing team in Naggo Head, Portmore. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new sales leads and cultivate client relationships.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client insurance requirements across various product lines.
- Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance policies including life, health, auto, and property.
- Manage and grow a personal book of business through consistent client engagement and follow-up.
- Assist clients comprehensively with the entire claims process, from initial filing to resolution.
- Gather, verify, and submit necessary documentation for claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers/adjusters to facilitate smooth claims resolution.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term, trusting relationships.
- Educate clients thoroughly on policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Career.zycto's insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and activity targets.
- Handle policy renewals, amendments, and account updates efficiently and accurately.
