Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, community engagement).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell a comprehensive range of insurance products (Life, Health, Property, Auto, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication.
- Assist clients with initial claims reporting, documentation gathering, and understanding the claims process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters to facilitate timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Ensure all sales and claims activities adhere to regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using CRM systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
