Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, property, business, etc.).
  • Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy terms, coverage, and benefits.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly production targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Assist clients with the first notice of loss and guide them through the entire claims submission process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance adjusters, ensuring timely and fair claims resolution.
  • Provide empathetic support and clear communication to clients during stressful claims situations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes within the insurance sector.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (preferably 2+ years).
