Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect new clients through various channels (networking, referrals, community engagement).
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present and explain various insurance products and policies in an clear and understandable manner.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, providing empathetic support and facilitating efficient resolution.
  • Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications and related documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Previous experience handling insurance claims.
  • Established network within the Hope Pastures or wider St. Andrew community.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
