Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain various insurance products and policies (life, health, auto, home, business) clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Assist clients in completing applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately submitted.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews and updates.
- Guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress.
