Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present and explain various insurance products and policies (life, health, auto, home, business) clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Assist clients in completing applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately submitted.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews and updates.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales ability with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
