Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents specializing in both Sales and Claims for our partners in the vibrant Mammee Bay, Ocho Rios area. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement in Mammee Bay and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements for personal and commercial lines (e.g., auto, home, life, health, business).
- Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance policies, ensuring clients understand coverage options, terms, and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to policy issuance, including preparing quotes, completing applications, and processing payments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing clear instructions, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with adjusters and underwriters to facilitate timely resolution.
- Educate clients on claims procedures and policy coverage, acting as their advocate throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes within the insurance sector.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM software.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
