Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various methods including networking, cold calling, and community events.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain a range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property) clearly and persuasively.
- Close sales effectively, ensuring all policy documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional ongoing service.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policy inquiries, renewals, and claims initiation.
- Assist clients with the claims process, including collecting necessary information and documentation, and liaising with claims departments.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM systems.
