Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for a range of insurance products (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for clients to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Present, explain, and sell insurance policies, ensuring clients understand terms, conditions, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Assist clients with the claims process, including initial filing, documentation, and follow-up until resolution.
- Act as a client advocate during the claims process, liaising with internal departments and adjusters.
