Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new client leads through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling).
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
  • Present and explain insurance products (life, health, property, general) clearly and persuasively.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements.
  • Successfully close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, explaining procedures and required documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the claims department to ensure timely and fair resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and insurance industry regulations.
