Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present and sell various insurance policies (life, health, auto, property, etc.) to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
  • Prepare and submit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement.
  • Gather and verify all necessary documentation for claims, ensuring timely submission.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance adjusters or internal claims departments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales ability with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets (or strong aptitude for sales).
