Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present, explain, and sell a range of insurance products (Life, Health, Property, Casualty) tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional ongoing service.
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and modifications as required.
  • Guide clients empathetically through the claims process, explaining procedures and assisting with documentation.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, compliance regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
