Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships through various lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage plans.
  • Present, explain, and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products, including life, health, property, and auto.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and actively manage client accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy reviews, and service requests.
