Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various prospecting methods.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements.
- Present and explain suitable insurance products (e.g., life, health, general, auto) tailored to individual or business needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, policies, and related documentation accurately.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, coverage, and premium payments.
- Assist clients in understanding and initiating the insurance claims process.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for claims submission.
- Liaise between clients and claims adjusters, providing updates and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
