Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels to expand client base.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential and existing clients to identify suitable insurance products.
- Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.) to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and modifications as their needs evolve.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process from initial filing to resolution, providing empathetic support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding policies and claims.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven sales ability with a strong track record of achieving targets or clear aptitude for sales.

- Valid General Insurance License or Life Underwriters Association of Jamaica (LUAJ) certification (or willingness to obtain promptly).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
