Key Responsibilities
- **Proactive Client Acquisition & Sales:** Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach, presenting a range of insurance products (life, health, property, casualty) with tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- **Comprehensive Client Needs Analysis:** Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, risk profiles, and future aspirations to recommend suitable insurance policies that align with their short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring optimal coverage and value.
- **Claims Advocacy & Support:** Guide clients through the entire claims process, from initial reporting and documentation submission to follow-up and final settlement, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and timely resolution.
- **Policy Management & Renewals:** Maintain an active book of business, including regular policy reviews, updates, and proactive management of renewals, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and high retention rates through excellent service.
- **Market Research & Product Knowledge:** Stay meticulously informed about industry trends, market changes, new product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic marketplace.
- **Compliance & Ethical Conduct:** Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements set forth by relevant authorities, company policies, and the highest ethical standards in all sales and claims activities, safeguarding client trust and company reputation.
- **Reporting & Administration:** Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, claims progress, and financial transactions using company CRM systems and other administrative tools.
- **Professional Development:** Actively participate in ongoing training programs, workshops, and industry seminars to continuously enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, improve claims handling expertise, and stay abreast of best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and target achievement
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite)
