Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
  • Present and sell suitable insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Assist clients in understanding their policy details and coverage.
  • Guide clients through the claims submission process, providing support and clear communication.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales acumen and a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Existing network of potential clients in Jamaica.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
