Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct sales activities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Present, explain, and sell various insurance policies, including life, health, property, and casualty.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing client support, answering inquiries and addressing concerns regarding policies.
  • Assist clients with the claims process, guiding them through documentation, procedures, and expectations.
  • Liaise effectively with internal claims departments to facilitate timely and fair claim resolutions.
  • Stay informed about new products, market trends, and insurance regulations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities and client interactions.
