Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial objectives.
- Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.) in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Develop customized insurance solutions and policy recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and production goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, documentation support, and empathetic service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and policy reviews, fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information.
