Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell a diverse range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, business) to individuals and corporate clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications, ensuring all regulatory and company guidelines are met.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews and updates.
- Guide clients through the claims process, offering support, clarity, and timely communication.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information in the company's CRM system.
