Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various prospecting methods, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.

  • Present, explain, and sell a diverse range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, business) that best fit client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Guide clients through the insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist clients with understanding their policies, coverage details, and premium payment options.
  • Provide compassionate support and clear guidance to clients throughout the claims submission process, acting as a liaison with insurance carriers.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and update client information using CRM software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
