Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and identify prospective clients within the Braeton, Portmore community.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Present, promote, and sell insurance policies using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Assist clients in understanding and completing insurance applications and related paperwork.
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear information, managing expectations, and facilitating resolution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the insurance carrier to ensure smooth claims processing.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and claims activities, client information, and policy details.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
