Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through various sales strategies, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, property, casualty, etc.) tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and terms to prospective clients.
  • Successfully close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing client service, fostering long-term relationships and proactively generating referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Assist clients diligently with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers during claims, advocating for client interests and ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge across multiple insurance lines and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and claims activities.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry expertise.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is a significant advantage.
