Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain a range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, property, auto) tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Assist clients diligently with insurance claims, providing guidance through the process, collecting documentation, and facilitating communication with adjusters.
