Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads for insurance sales within the Hellshire, Portmore area.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client insurance requirements.
  • Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client needs and budgets.
  • Close sales ethically and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
  • Assist clients empathetically through the claims process, explaining procedures and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with claims departments and underwriters to facilitate timely and fair claim resolutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and company policies.
