Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels (networking, referrals, community engagement).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
  • Present and sell suitable insurance products (life, health, property, auto, commercial) tailored to individual and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Assist clients in understanding their policy coverage and guide them through the claims filing process.
  • Liaise with internal claims departments and adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
  • Stay informed about new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring policy renewals and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress.

  • Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Patois) beneficial.
