Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain various insurance products, customizing solutions to meet individual and business needs.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and policy changes.
  • Assist clients diligently through the claims process, ensuring timely submission of documentation and communication of progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
