Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust client base through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals within Runaway Bay and surrounding communities.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with potential clients to identify suitable insurance products (e.g., life, health, property, auto).
- Present, explain, and sell insurance policies, ensuring clients fully understand coverage options, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process applications, and follow up to ensure policy issuance and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with insurance claims, acting as a liaison between the client and the insurance provider to facilitate prompt and fair settlements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, policy changes, and renewals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance sales preferred).
