Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Educate customers on the benefits of their policies and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant insurance products.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information and company data.
