Key Responsibilities

  • Assist claims adjusters with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic claim files, ensuring all relevant documentation is readily accessible.
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, third parties, and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other claims-related documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding information to expedite claims processing.
  • Input and update claim information in the claims management system accurately and promptly.
