Career.zycto is seeking a talented and visionary Interior Designer specializing in Space & Aesthetic Planning to join our thriving team in Digbeth, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development, including space planning, layout optimization, and aesthetic direction for diverse projects.
- Produce detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes that align with project briefs and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and monitor design implementation.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design process.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects, with an emphasis on space planning and aesthetic development.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, material properties, and FF&E specifications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
