Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing multiple calendars efficiently.
  • Send timely interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to all parties.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, ensuring all necessary documents are ready for scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including data entry and report generation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand scheduling needs and priorities.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and positive interview process.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
