Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers using various scheduling tools.
- Send timely calendar invitations, reminders, and confirmation emails to all participants.
- Manage and update candidate records and interview statuses within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for interview-related queries, providing clear and prompt communication.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare interview rooms and ensure necessary materials (e.g., resumes, evaluation forms) are available.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the recruitment team.
