As an Inventory Associate, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, responsible for the accurate handling, tracking, and organization of our valuable inventory. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with comprehensive physical inventory audits.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of inventory movements.
  • Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and responsibly after receiving proper training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and system navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
