Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages, reporting findings to management.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, verifying accuracy against picking lists and invoices.
- Maintain organized and accessible inventory records using our Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to optimize inventory flow and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure consistency between system records and actual stock.
- Identify and investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Assist in the development and implementation of improved inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Controller, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and basic data analysis.
