Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Assist in the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, ensuring proper documentation and storage practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports, including stock levels, movements, and potential shortages or excesses.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage space and material flow.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding inventory handling and storage.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
