Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies found.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our established inventory management system.
- Monitor stock levels on an ongoing basis to identify potential shortages or overages.
- Support the receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Help organize and arrange inventory within the warehouse for optimal storage, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Generate and submit routine reports on inventory status, movement, and identified issues to senior staff.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to continuously improve inventory management processes and workflows.
