Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's inventory management software.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Prepare and issue inventory items to various departments as required, ensuring proper documentation.
- Identify and report any damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate inventory reports on stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to anticipate inventory needs and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations within the storage areas.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar logistics role.
