Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Support the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying fast-moving or slow-moving items.
- Maintain organized and accessible inventory storage areas.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
- Utilize inventory management software to update records and track stock movements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory items immediately.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn new systems and processes.
