Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate manual and electronic counts of inventory items in various client locations.
- Document and report inventory discrepancies, overages, and shortages clearly and precisely.
- Operate handheld scanners and other inventory tracking equipment effectively.
- Organize and maintain work areas to ensure efficient counting processes and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all company and client inventory procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and challenges.
- Ensure all inventory data is recorded accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with the reconciliation of inventory records against physical counts.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanning devices or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
